Supply Chain Due Diligence Act

Innomotics GmbH (“Innomotics”), implements the requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (SCDDA or LkSG).

The SCDDA places requirements on companies to manage their supply chains responsibly, including their own business operations.

Our Business Conduct Guidelines clearly state our commitment to respect human rights. They contain the fundamental principles and rules governing the way we act and do business.

Our Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Third Party Intermediaries is based on – among others – the UN Global Compact and the principles of the International Labor Organization. This Code defines the basic requirements placed on the suppliers and third-party intermediaries of Innomotics concerning their responsibilities towards their stakeholder and the environment.

Our Innomotics LKSG Policy Statement reflects Innomotics' commitment to this legislation and the efforts made to adequately control these risks.
Innomotics has ensured that comprehensive due diligence obligations for human rights and (selected) environmental matters are established.

Complaints pursuant to §8 LkSG on incoming or potential violations of human rights or environmental in connection with Innomotics' own operating activities or suppliers of Innomotics can be communicated via the already provided reporting channel ‘INtegrity Channel’.

In accordance with the legislation, Innomotics has a Compliance Investigation Procedures Guidance with Consideration of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (SCDDA) Requirements to regulate the use of the ‘INtegrity Channel’ as the main incident reporting channel under the SCDDA.
